Rangers enter the knockout stages of the Viaplay Cup this weekend.

The Glasgow giants will play their first game of the 2023/24 competition against Morton.

The Championship side won their opening game of the season against Ayr, but followed it up with a narrow defeat to Raith Rovers last weekend.

Here are all of the details you need to know ahead of this one...

Team news

With such an important Champions League play-off against PSV on Tuesday evening next week, it seems reasonable to expect Beale to shuffle the pack to allow for some game time for his fringe players.

It remains to be seen whether Tom Lawrence will be able to play any part in this one. There were hopes from Michael Beale that the Englishman would return to fitness in time to step up his recovery from long-term injury.

It is expected that Ridvan Yilmaz will feature in this game having spent the past fortnight on the sidelines.
