KRISTOFFER AJER could be on his way to Milan, with reports in Italy suggesting that a meeting to discuss a move from Parkhead to the San Siro is scheduled to take place next week.
The Norwegian's future in Glasgow's east end has been the subject of intense speculation this summer, with AC Milan understood to be long-term admirers of the 22-year-old.
According to respected Italian football journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, negotiations are set to continue next week between the two clubs, with Celtic reportedly valuing the player at around £15 million.

The precise structure of the potential deal is currently unknown but Di Marzio reports that Ajer could join the Serie A giants on a loan deal initially, with an option inserted in the contract to then buy the centre-half for a predetermined fee once the loan expires at the end of the season.
