Former Celtic defender Alan Stubbs has suggested that Neil Lennon move for Hibs winger Martin Boyle.
Stubbs worked with Boyle as manager at Easter Road, as did Lennon who worked with the player during his own stint in Leith. Celtic scout Tosh McKinlay was in attendance at Tannadice to watch Lawrence Shankland against Hibs.
But Stubbs, 48, reckons his ex-Celtic teammate could have also been watching Boyle on Lennon's instruction. "Here's one for you," Stubbs told Ladbrokes Social Club. "If I was Neil, Neil loved Martin Boyle.

"It fits. Neil had a real fondness for Boyley when he was there, he used to talk him up all the time."
Boyle, 26, has played 17 times this season in all competitions having only just recovered from long-term injury. The playmaker scored against Dundee United to add to his five other goals this term.
His knee injury kept him out of action since July last year.
