A new planning application has been submitted to transform a vacant snooker hall into flats in Glasgow.
The former Craigpark Masters venue in Dennistoun could be partially demolished and reimagined as eight homes.
Applicant Sovereign Properties Stafford Ltd bid to give the B-listed building a new life with one-bed flats.
Previously in 2021, a different developer received permission to turn the site into 11 homes but construction never started.

The building was built in 1883 and was home to the Dennistoun Public Baths and private club until the late 1980’s when it was converted into a snooker hall.
Glasgow City Council's planning officials are reviewing the application and a decision is expected by Friday, June 21.
The last day for comments is Wednesday, May 29.
