A man has been arrested after a 'dog on dog attack' on a busy Glasgow street.

The incident took place on Finnart Street in the city's East End on Monday, March 18.

Now, a 49-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with alleged offences under the Dangerous Dogs Act.

He was set to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court today (Thursday, March 28).

A report has also been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

Meanwhile, police also say they have seized the dog responsible.
