A Glasgow restaurant hosted Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers after his team achieved a last-minute winner.

The Northern Irishman stopped by Caprese Don Costanzo in the city's Woodlands on Saturday night.

Staff from the Italian eatery shared a photo with the 50-year-old and said it was an "absolute pleasure" to host him.

They added that he was an "absolute gentleman".

It comes just hours after Celtic's nail-biting fixture against Motherwell where a 97th-minute goal from Matt O'Riley secured a late win.

The 22-year-old, who just penned a new four-year deal with the club, joined new signing Luis Palma on the scoresheet at Fir Park in a game that ended 2-1.
