A former pub in a department store has gone on the market.
The empty unit within the former Bairds department store in Hamilton has been listed for sale by Savills.
It comes after we reported that pub giant JD Wetherspoons had bought the unit in a move that planned to create 90 jobs, but there were delays to the redevelopment of the site due to the Covid pandemic.
Now the space has re-entered the market with details on the price available on request.
Bairds was one of the area's most well-known department stores, operating within the Regent Shopping Centre until the firm went into liquidation in 2014.
