A man has been arrested for allegedly stealing a car and driving it while drunk.
Glasgow and Lanarkshire road cops traced a stolen vehicle on the M74 motorway in the early hours of Saturday morning.
The driver was stopped by officers at the Bothwell services.
An image shared by the force on social media appears to show a breathalyser reading of 56 micrograms per 100 millilitres of blood, while the limit is 22.
Another image appeared to show a screw in the car's ignition barrel.
A man has been arrested and charged in connection with the alleged incident.
He is due to appear in court at a later date.

A spokesperson for Road Policing Scotland said: "Glasgow Road Police and Lanarkshire Road Police traced this stolen car on the M74 in the early hours.
"The driver tested the waters: going straight in and out of a petrol station. We safely stopped him before things developed.
"Arrested, charged, vehicle recovered."
