A show based on the internationally acclaimed novel by Khaled Hosseini will premiere in Glasgow.
The Kite Runner will be at the city's Theatre Royal from April 9 to 13.
The cast's newest additions have now been revealed and include Stuart Vincent playing Amir, and Yazdan Qafouri taking on the dual roles of Hassan and Schrab.
The narrative explores the ties of culture, friendship and redemption, set against a backdrop of an Afghanistan teetering on the brink of war.
The play captures an afternoon in Kabul, with the fun-fuelled spectacle of a kite flying tournament but unforeseen circumstances shatters the lives of the two best friends, painting a picture of pre-war Afghanistan.
Mr Vincent has previously starred in The Kite Runner UK tour, The Play That Goes Wrong in West End, and Romeo and Juliet at the Orange Tree Theatre, while Mr Qafouri has performed in The Lord of The Rings, Othello, Rumi, and The Band.
Along with them, returning cast members will revive their roles on this tour.
Bhavin Bhatt will reschool in his portrayal of Assef, Dean Rehman as Baba, and Tiran Aakel as Ali/Farid.
The cast members have had noteworthy theatre experiences contributing to their credibility on stage.
Also rejoining The Kite Runner for this tour are Ian Abeyesekera taking on the role of Gen Taheri, Christopher Glover as Ramin Khan, and Stanton Wright playing Wali.
Other additions to the ensemble are Aram Mardourian and Daphne Kouma, previously seen together in The Beekeeper of Aleppo, and Amar Aggoun and Sulin Hasso.
The ensemble is completed by Hanif Khan, retaining his role as the tabla player, a part he has successfully held since 2013.
Mr Khan's career includes performances across Europe, the Middle East, North America, and the UK at the Royal Albert Hall, Royal Festival Hall, The Royal Opera House, Edinburgh International Festival, Glastonbury, and Womad festival.
