The body of a man has been found in a busy Alexandria park on Friday morning.
Just after 11 am, emergency services rushed to Argyll Park after they had received reports of a man taking unwell.
As they arrived, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police do not believe there are any suspicious circumstances related to the death.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 11.15am on Friday, 16 February, 2024, police were called to a report of a man having taken unwell in Argyll Park, Alexandria.
“Emergency services attended and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.
“There are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
