A FORMER estate agents in Alloa is set to be transformed into homes after planning permission was approved.
The proposal, based on the vacant Russell and Aitken building on Shillinghill, was given the green light by Clackmannanshire Council recently.
It is hoped the office will be turned into three residential flats, with space for two retail or commercial units.
According to the drawings, two of the homes will be one-bedroom flats, with one a two-bed.
The applicant has three years to begin development, subject to minor lighting, waste storage and drainage requirements.
