KIDS at Braehead Shopping Centre were given a treat yesterday after taking part in a 'Harry Potter Day' for charity.
As part of a fundraiser for Glasgow Children's Hospital Charity, hundreds took part in the magical day, which saw them donning uniforms and casting spells for a donation.
Those who took part were able to take their photograph in front of a green screen to transport them to the world of Hogwarts.
Braehead’s community development manager, Lydia Brown said: “There’s only one word to describe the Harry Potter Day – magic!
"The children really got into the spirit of the event and their costumes were brilliant."
William McGowan, Head of Partnerships and Events, Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity said “We are incredibly grateful to Braehead for their continued support and generosity.
“Funds raised through our magical Harry Potter Day activities will help to continue our charity-funded play and events programme, family support services and wellbeing support for NHS staff, giving children and their families the best possible hospital experience.”
