A CUSTOMER service business will create 100 jobs for Glasgow after landing a new contract.
Kura, a UK customer service outsourcing business, has created the roles following a new appointment by a financial services firm to provide customer service support.
The business is now recruiting in advisory, team management and operational management to support the new appointment.

For more than 15 years, Kura’s staff have provided inbound and outbound call handling services to several businesses operating in the financial services industry.
The contract begins this month.
