A CRASH on a busy motorway has spared chaos for morning commuters as police rushed to the scene.
Traffic Scotland said that traffic was building on the M74 near Junction 22 after the smash at around 8.14am today.

Thankfully, no one was injured in the two-vehicle crash.
A picture shared by the motorway management body showed heavy traffic in the area.
A police spokesman said: "Police were called around 8.10am on Thursday, August 5, 2021 following the report of a two-vehicle road crash on the M74 at Junction 4.
"There were no injuries and the road did not close."
