Rangers fans set off fireworks in the 55th minute of this evening's vital win over Livingston at the Tony Macaroni Arena.

Supporters met up outside the stadium to celebrate their team and applaud their players as they close in on their first Premiership title in 10 years and their 55th league title.

Union Jacks and banners could be seen as the fireworks went off.

One supporter in attendance delighted in the lights show, sharing footage on social media and adding: "Fireworks in the 55th minute at the rangers livi game f***in class".

It was shared more than 600 times and liked over 2,400 times on Twitter.

Alfredo Morelos bagged himself the winner in the 1-0 win and it was the Colombian that the fans were happiest to cheer on as they sang his name and chanted for their hero.

Fireworks could be seen and heard from inside the stadium with debris even making its way onto the pitch at times. Sky coverage caught footage of Steven Davis moving items from the pitch as referee John Beaton halted play for a brief moment or two.

Steven Gerrard, meanwhile, was sent off at half-time for two yellow cards after approaching Beaton and complaining about an alleged 'dive' by Morelos which earned him a booking. The Liverpool icon claimed it should have been a penalty.
