Man charged after Woodlands residents make 'suspicious' spot in backcourt
A MAN was charged after he was spotted in the backcourt of flats by residents.
The 37-year-old was allegedly found in "suspicious circumstances" behind a block of flats in Woodlands yesterday.

He is due in court today.
It is not known what he was charged with.
