A RACIST lout snared with a knife hurled sectarian abuse at police officers minutes after taking a fit.
Alexander McKenzie, 41, was caught hiding the 7.5-inch blade under a car in Glasgow’s Govan on August 21 this year.
He had earlier taken a seizure at his sister’s house before fleeing the property with the weapon
McKenzie later called officers “dirty fenian b******s” and “black English b******s” after his arrest.
McKenzie pleaded guilty on Thursday at Glasgow Sheriff Court to the unlawful possession of a knife and behaving in a threatening or abusive manner.
The court heard McKenzie went to his sister’s property while intoxicated and behaved erratically.
Prosecutor Emily MacReath stated he went into the kitchen before falling to the floor.
She added: “His sister believed he was having a fit and after coming round he took hold of a knife.
“She was able to take it off him but he grabbed a larger knife and left the property.”
His concerned sister dialled 999 before McKenzie was found by police.
McKenzie became abusive towards the two officers before making the racist and sectarian jibes
He also stated he would “f***ing murder” the constables.
Sentence was deferred until next month for background reports by Sheriff Brian Cameron.
