UPDATE: The road has reopened.
A busy city centre street will remain closed amid ongoing emergency repair waterworks.
Bath Street eastbound, between West Nile Street and East Bath Lane, will remain closed until further notice.
Engineers arrived at the scene yesterday to resolve the issue.
A statement from Glasgow City Council's Traffic Control and Management Information bulletin reads: "Due to emergency Scottish waterworks, Bath Street eastbound (between West Nile Street and East Bath Lane) will be closed until further notice."
