SCOTRAIL has warned of a 10 minute delay to rail services going through Glasgow after today's high temperatures caused tracks to melt.

Trains are running at a slower speed and being diverted onto another line due to the sun heating the tracks and making them swell.

Services from Anniesland to Queen Street via Ashfield will be delayed by around 10 minutes.

But services from Anniesland via Hyndland and Partick are not affected.

Repairs will be carried out overnight when it is cooler.
