A body has been found in search of a missing woman from Carmyle.
Jessica McGuire, 44, was reported missing on Saturday, 28 March from Ardargive Drive in Carmyle.
An Air Support Unit and Scottish Fire and Rescue Services were drafted in to conduct searches at the River Clyde.
Police Scotland have confirmed that a body of a woman was discovered at around 11am this morning at the River Clyde in Carmyle.
Although formal identification is still to take place, Jessica's family have been informed of the discovery.
Police have said there are no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death and that a full report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
