THIEVES have raided an Indian restaurant in Glasgow's Merchant City.
Swadish was broken into at the weekend with police receiving a report of the theft at around 10.45 am on Sunday.
The force could not confirm what had been taken during the raid - but they advised officers are investigating.
Swadish, on Ingram Street, said on Facebook: "We are sad to inform you that Swadish will be closed today due to a break in this morning.
"Police have advised us to remain closed while they conduct their investigation."

The restaurant advised customers that they would reopen on Tuesday at 4pm.
A Police Scotland spokesman added: "Police Scotland received reports of a break-in at an Ingram Street restaurant at around 10.45 am this morning.
"Enquiries are ongoing."
