MAN of the moment Lewis Capaldi and dance legend Calvin Harris are among two of the headliners announced for the Coachella 2020 line-up.

The two Scottish superstars will take to the California stage along with huge names such as Frank Ocean, Lana Del Rey, Charli XCX, Rage Against the Machine and Travis Scott.  Lewis proclaimed himself “America’s Sweetheart” after he reached number one across the pond.

The Glasgow-born singer-songwriter has recently broke records in America and been nominated for his first Grammy award with his smash single “Someone You Loved”, which racking up 228million streams at the end of 2019.

Lewis will play Friday, April 10 and 17 at the festival, as well as his dates at the SEC Hydro in March.

Dumfries-born Calvin Harris took home two gongs at The Brit Awards last year.

After 16 nominations in 10 years, the Scottish DJ won for his hit song with Dua Lipa ‘One Kiss’, as well as also took home British producer of the year.

Calvin has undergone quite the transformation, from being a budding DJ recording in his bedroom to becoming a double Brit-winning musician with modelling accolades.

Coachella is California’s biggest music festival, with around 500,000 attendees every year watching performances over five different music stages.

Unveiling the full list of performers late on Thursday evening, tickets are already sold out for the first weekend with both Lewis and Calvin.  Pre-sale for the second weekend begins next Monday.
