THREE young actors at a Glasgow-based theatre school have landed roles in popstar Harry Styles' new music video.

The Theatre School of Scotland pupils spent time filming with the former One Direction singer in Scotland earlier this year.

Ty McPhee, 12, portrays a young Harry Styles in the video which also stars his classmates Jude Shedden, 12 and Zac McGoldrick, 11.

Glasgow Times:

It is for the 25-year-old's singer upcoming song Adore You.

Ty, who plays a younger version of the singer, might be recognisable to soap fans for his role as Calum Adams in hit BBC soap River City. The rising talent has also featured on Sky Sports commercials.

But his latest role saw him and his classmates film with Harry who shot the music video in Scots fishing villages Cockenzie, Port Seton and St Abbs.

In a trailer for the video, Port Seton harbour, Cockenzie High Street and Thorntree Inn are just some of the views on offer.

Glasgow Times:

Reece Donnelly, who is founder of the Theatre School of Scotland, said: "Sometimes you really pinch yourself at what is being shot in Scotland.

"Via the theatre school we are able to train and watch the kids grow into young actors, which is just amazing to see.

"For three young lads from Glasgow to be working with an international artist is just amazing, great for their careers and great for the Scottish production crew."

The boys, who are represented by KR Management, follow in the steps of their classmates who have all appeared on CBBC, BBC and Disney Channel productions.
