Man appears in court charged with murder after death of Andrew Linton in Easterhouse
A MAN has appeared in court charged with the murder of a man in Easterhouse.
Thomas Reilly, 43, appeared in the dock in connection with the death of Andrew Linton.
We reported that Mr Linton, 43, known as Drew, was found with serious injuries on Lochend Road at around 4.45 pm on Tuesday.
He was taken to Glasgow Royal Infirmary but couldn't be saved.
Mr Reilly, of Glasgow, was charged with murder and assault.
He made no plea and was committed for further examination.
He was remanded in custody and is expected to appear in court next week.
