THOUSANDS of fundraisers donned pink in the name of charity as Glasgow's South Side welcomed the Pretty Muddy to town.

More than 3,000 Scots travelled to Pollok Park on Sunday to take part in the charity event.

Taking place in the iconic park, the route saw revellers get stuck in to the mucky route, which finished up at the famous Pollok House.

Organised by Cancer Research UK's Race for Life, the race looked to raise cash for research all 200 types of cancer.

As well as the adults-only event, a kids version took place, showing that no matter your ability or age, everyone can climb, crawl and slide their way to beating cancer.
