A man has been raped and attacked in an East Kilbride flat.
Emergency services raced to the scene earlier this morning, which is understood to be at Glen Urquhart flats.
The 35-year-old was rushed to nearby Hairmyres Hospital for his injuries, where he was released a short time later.
Detectives have now launched an investigation into the incident, which caused police to seal off the area outside the flats.
