Tributes have poured in from the heartbroken family and friends of tragic Ryan Coleman.

Those who knew the 20-year-old from East Kilbride have been left shattered by the news that his body was discovered yesterday evening.

We revealed last night that his family has been informed and police are not treating the death as suspicious.

Police confirmed today that the body of a 20-year-old man was found within Langlands Moss Nature Reserve in East Kilbride at around 8.10pm last night.

The force added that a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.

Friends of the popular young lad shared their disbelief over the news paying tribute to an amazing guy with a heart of gold.

One pal Chloe Carmichael said: "So heartbroken. You will be forever missed, such an amazing guy with a heart of gold."

Robyn McWhinnie shared lots of childhood snaps with her friend Ryan. It is believed Ryan attended Duncanrig Secondary School.

She said: "Ryan was one of the funniest and nicest people you could have ever had to pleasure to meet.

"So thankful I got to grow up with you from nursery to a young man I always considered a close friend.

"Such horrible news and my thoughts are with all the family and our friends.

"RIP brother you’ll be sadly missed.

Another childhood friend Montel Campbell said he was lucky enough to call Ryan his best pal during his early teens.

Ryan is the second young man in his 20s to die in Lanarkshire over the last few days.

We reported on the death of dad Graham Fraser who died at 27 on Sunday.
