Warning to drivers as major south side road to shut for patching works
A MAJOR south side road is to close for work this week.
A section of Aikenhead Road will shut between Kinmount Avenue and Kingside Avenue from 9.30am tomorrow until 4.30pm on Thursday.

Glasgow City Council's roads department said the closure was to allow for carriageway patching works.
Temporary traffic lights will be in operation.

Drivers are advised to avoid the area during busy periods.
