EUROPE’S largest indoor funfair is set to return to Glasgow’s SEC this festive season - with organisers promising it will be “bigger and better” than ever before.

With over 60 rides and attractions under one roof, the Irn-Bru Carnival will see thrilling rides with new additions Airmaxx 360 and the Wild Mouse Rollercoaster guaranteed to excite even the biggest daredevils.

Family favourites, the sticky wall and carousel will also be returning for another year.

There will also be over 20 classic game stalls and activities, including classic arcade games, basketball, whac-a-minion and an inflatable paradise.

Greg Cherry, managing director of QD Events, organisers of the event, said: “As we celebrate our 100th birthday next year, it’s apparent that the Irn-Bru Carnival has become an iconic part of Scotland’s festive season.

“Not only have we entertained generations of families and friends, but we’ve continued to grow year-on-year with new thrilling experiences to be enjoyed by both returning and new guests.”

The carnival returns on Thursday, December 20 and will be open until Sunday, January 13.

Advance tickets are available now from £13 for general admission and £8 for concessions.

All general admission tickets will include entry as well as 10 ride vouchers per person.
