A HEARTBREAKING video featuring the voice of the son of a murder victim calling for his father has emerged online.

The clip which features Owen Hassan's three-year-old son was released online by his ex partner Courtney Thomson as cops continue their hunt for the two men responsible for the murder.

In a post on social media, Courtney spoke of the devastating effect the murder has had on Owen Junior who has refused to do everyday activities since his father died last week.

She said: "Hope the s******* who done this, listen to this video and find some sort of remorse to give themselves up.

"Why should they be out and about, (going about) daily life when my three-year-old boy refused to go to his first football lesson because his daddy was meant to take him?

"He won’t go for a haircut either because daddy takes him.

"He pulls the blinds up every morning and goes, “Ma daddy not up there mummy. He’s in the pub”.

"You've robbed a wee boy of his absolute hero, he spent most of the day on Facetime to him or he was stuck to his side.

"I’ve went from being hurt to being totally angry at the fact I have to break it to my child over and over again that he won’t see his daddy again. Something no mother should have to break to a child."

Courtney's plea for the killers to hand themselves into cops comes as it was revealed Owen, 30, stumbled into his mum's pub for help after two men attacked him in the street.

It emerged that Owen was attacked minutes after he left the Old Stag Inn on Greenview Street last Wednesday night.

Murder cops said he arrived at the Old Stag Inn on Greenview Street at around 10.20pm. He left a short time later and was approached by two men. He ran off, and was chased and attacked by the two men in Greenview Street.

Injured Owen then managed to make his way back to the pub where his mum and other patrons tried to help him, and emergency services were called.

He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital where he died a short time later.

Detective Chief Inspector Martin Fergus, of the Major Investigation Team, also said Owen had dinner with a friend at Oro restaurant in Kilmarnock Road, Shawlands and left at 5.30pm on the day of the attack Wednesday, November 7.

He was keen to speak to people in the restaurant that afternoon.
