A BUSY road near Easterhouse has been closed as police deal with an ongoing incident.
The force has shut off Edinburgh Road eastbound, between Swinton Road and Swinton Avenue.
A Police Scotland spokesman told the Evening Times a road traffic accident involving one vehicle took place shortly after 1.30am on Monday morning in Springboig’s Tynecastle Street.
Three people have been taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, with two of the persons believed to be in a “fairly serious” condition.
The force added that it is expected the road will open in the next hour, and Local doversions have been put in place.
