THIS is the moment a man is caught driving erratically through a level crossing.
The driver is spotted weaving in and out of level-crossing barriers as they are closing.

He was banned from the roads and fined £300 when he appeared at Airdrie Sheriff Court.
He will also have to resit an extended driving test before being able to drive again.

The driver was lucky their actions didn't cause a serious incident. They've been fined, disqualified and ordered to resit their test.

A BTP Scotland spokesman said: “It is disappointing that people continue to misuse level crossings at put themselves and others in danger.

"A few minutes spent awaiting clearance at a level crossing is time well spent, the repercussions of failing to follow safety instructions can result in far more tragic consequences.”
