TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013 & THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (MISCELLANEOUS TEMPORARY MODIFICATIONS) (CORONAVIRUS) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2020 Notice under Regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant Proposed development at site bounded by King Street / Osborne Street / Stockwell Street / Howard Street / Bridgegate (also known as King Street Car Park), Glasgow, G1 5QT, by Vengada Estates Limited for a mixed use development, comprising residential flats (sui generis), office and business (Class 4), hotel and hostel (Class 7), shops (Class 1), financial, professional, commercial uses, restaurant and public house (Class 2, Class 3 and sui generis), non-residential institution (Class 10), assembly and leisure (Class 11), with associated car parking, access, landscaping, public realm and engineering/infrastructure works. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, and following government guidance, a public consultation will be held online at www.kingstreetcarpark.scot for a period of 28 days from 03 July 2020 until 31 July 2020 and will include live interactions on Monday 13th July 10am - 12pm, Wednesday 15th July 2pm - 4pm, and Thursday 16th July 5pm -7pm where members of the project team will be available to respond to questions submitted. Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 31 July 2020 via the above website or the dedicated email address hello@kingstreetcarpark.scot This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
