HIGGINS FRANCES. Peacefully, at Westerton Care Home, on Monday 16th July 2018. Frances, much loved sister, aunt, gran, great-grandma and mother-in-law, beloved wife of the late Gerry, much loved mother of the late Gerald and Sheila. Fortified by rites of the Holy Church, R.I.P. Funeral Mass to be held at St Joseph's R.C. Church, Milngavie, on Wednesday 25th July 2018 at 9.30am, thereafter to New Kilpatrick Cemetery.
