A BUSY road in Glasgow has been closed after a person has been hit by a bus.
Officers say Great Western Road in the city is currently closed between Byres Road and Cleveden Road following the horror accident.
Closures are also in place in Kirklee Road and Horselethill Road.
999 crews raced to the scene at 7.30am this morning.
An investigation into the accident is also underway.
Meanwhile, First Glasgow has said two of its services are being diverted due to the crash.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Great Western Road is closed between Byres Road and Cleveden Road following a collision involving a pedestrian and a bus.
