FANS are pleading for information after Sam Smith ended their gig in Manchester early last night.

The Unholy singer is due to perform at the Hydro tonight after their show, which is part of the Gloria tour, was rescheduled from April 22.

However, we previously reported the singer ended their show last night after four songs because they felt something was "really wrong" with their voice and they were unable to get it back "in gear".

So far, no update has been issued regarding tonight's show, but fans are desperately asking the Finnieston venue for information.

One person tweeted: "Please confirm ASAP whether this is going ahead or not.

"We are travelling from Yorkshire and already had one wasted trip in April.

"Need to know what is happening tonight very soon so don't make another long journey only to be disappointed."

Another said: "Is this show still going ahead or not?

"Don’t leave people in the dark about this - as a lot of people will be travelling to Glasgow for the show wasting loads of money."

A third commented: "Surely this will be updated by 11am to save another wasted journey and hotel charges..."
