DRIVERS faced delays this morning following a multiple car crash on the M77.
Traffic Scotland issued a warning to motorists following the pile up on the motorway between Junction 3 and 4 northbound.
The crash, near Newtown Mearns, happened shortly before 8am and lanes on the road have been restricted for more than an hour.
Three vehicles were involved but there were no serious injuries to drivers or passengers.
A spokeswoman for Police Scotland confirmed the crash and said ambulance crews attended.
Traffic Scotland said drivers should approach with care.
