TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2008
Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Proposed Development at site bound by Arnprior Quadrant, Arnprior Crescent, Arnprior Street, Glenacre Drive and Glenacre Terrace, Castlemilk, Glasgow for the erection of 40 - 50 social rented units (houses and cottage flats) comprising of semi detached units and terraced properties with associated parking and landscaping.

A public meeting will be held at Castlemilk Tenants HA and Orchard Grove, 15 Dougrie Road, Glasgow G45 9NG on 10th November 2016 between 3pm - 6pm.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by 24th November 2016 to Alan Gordon, MAST Architects, 51 St Vincent Crescent, Glasgow, G3 8NQ.

This notice does not relate to a Planning Application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the Planning Authority. If a Planning Application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
